It has been announced that the new anime “TO BE HERO X”, a joint production between bilibili and Aniplex, will be broadcast on Fuji TV in 2025. In conjunction with this, the first promotional video has been released. The star-studded voice actors who will play the main cast, including Miyano Mamoru and Hanazawa Kana, have also been revealed. Furthermore, in addition to Sawano Hiroyuki, who will be in charge of the main theme of the series, the music staff who will be providing color to each episode have also been announced.
“TO BE HERO X” is an anime that depicts the story of a superhero born of “trust” in a world where heroes with special abilities are cheered on. The work is based on and directed by Li Haolin, a Chinese animation director who has worked on a wide range of works, including series director and scriptwriter for “Time Agent-LINK CLICK-” and “TO BE HERO”, general director of the anthology anime “Poetry Season Weaving”, and director of the animated adaptation of the novel “Tianguan Cifu”.
This new information was announced at “Aniplex Online Fest 2024” held on September 16th. The first promotional video was released along with broadcast information, revealing the star-studded voice actors who will be playing the main cast.
In a world where the “Hero Ranking” changes depending on people’s “trust value,” the RANK 10 hero, Mr. Perfect “Nice,” who dances perfectly and wins perfectly, will be played by Hanae Natsuki , while the RANK 9 inherited blue flash “Tamaden” will be played by Shimazaki Nobunaga (the saki is pronounced “tatsusaki” below). RANK 8, the hard-boiled super dog “Tora,” will be played by Yamadera Kouichi , RANK 7, the color of luck that comes with singing voice “Lucky Cian,” will be played by Minase Inori , and RANK 6, the genius mechanic girl of justice “Lori” will be played by Sakura Ayane .
In addition, RANK 5: “Little Johnny”, the unshakable bond between man and beast, will be played by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka , RANK 4: “Mokusatsu”, the silent assassin who can even kill words, will be played by Yuichi Nakamura , RANK 3: “Ryō”, the indomitable outsider with a burning ambition, will be played by Kouki Uchiyama . In addition to Hiroyuki Sawano, who will be in charge of the main theme “JEOPARDY,” the music staff that will color each episode has also been announced.
