The second collaboration between the TV anime “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind” and the grooming tool brand “AUGER” has arrived. Pre-orders for razor holders inspired by Giorno Giovanna and Bruno Bucciarati’s stands will begin on September 27, 2024 on the KAI official online store.
“JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” is a manga by Hirohiko Araki that began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1987. It depicts the blood ties and fate of the Joestar family, starting with the meeting of two boys, Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando. It is a saga that uses a unique technique in which the main character is replaced with a new one for each part, and the latest work, the ninth part, “The JOJOLands,” is currently being serialized.
“JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind” is an anime based on the fifth part of the series that began airing in October 2018. It depicts an ensemble drama in which the protagonists, including Giorno Giovanna, a young man who belongs to Passione, a gang organization that controls the Italian underworld, are born into tragic circumstances and boldly confront their fate to survive.
Now, a collaboration between “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind” and the “AUGER” system razor has been launched.
As the second part, two original limited edition razor holders have been released, inspired by Giorno Giovanna’s stand “Gold Experience” and Bruno Bucciarati’s stand “Sticky Fingers.”
The packaging for “Gold Experience” is gold, while “Sticky Fingers” is metallic blue, features an original illustration made just for this collaboration. The vibrant designs are unlike anything AUGER has produced before.
When you purchase the “JoJo x AUGER Original Limited Holder Giorno + 5 Replacement Blades” or “JoJo x AUGER Original Limited Holder Bucciarati + 5 Replacement Blades”, you will receive one of the 8 acrylic stands featuring characters from the anime (Giorno Giovanna, Bruno Bucciarati, Trish Una, Guido Mista, Narancia Ghirga, Leone Abbacchio, Pannacotta Fugo, + 1 secret type).
In addition, Kai’s official online store, “KAI Store”, will offer limited items such as the “JoJo x AUGER Razor 8-Piece Set,” which includes two types of razor holders (four of each type) and eight types of acrylic stands, and the “JoJo x AUGER Razor Makeup Set,” which includes two types of razor holders (one of each type), eight types of acrylic stands, and 11 types of AUGER items. The “JoJo x AUGER Original Limited Holder + 5 Replacement Blades” will be available for sale at an open price from November 1st. Advance reservations have been accepted on the Kai official online store since September 27th, with the online store exclusive “JoJo x AUGER Razor 8-Piece Set” priced at 17,600 yen and the “JoJo x AUGER Razor Beauty Set” priced at 17,700 yen and available for pre-order from October 18th.
