It has been announced that the TV anime “The Apothecary Diaries” will be broadcast free of charge on the new future TV “ABEMA”. All 24 episodes will be broadcast in two parts on October 23rd and 24th, 2024. After the broadcast, it will be available to watch for free until October 30th.

“The Apothecary Diaries” is an anime based on the novel of the same name by Natsu Hinata. Set in the imperial harem, the story follows Nekoneko, a pharmacist and poison taster who solves various difficult cases that occur in the palace one after another with her knowledge of poisons and medicines. It has also been adapted into a comic book in two monthly magazines, “Big Gangan” and “Sunday GX,” and the total number of copies of the series has exceeded 38 million.

The TV anime will be broadcast for two consecutive seasons starting in October 2023, and the mystery drama of the rare poison-loving girl Nekoneko and the comical exchanges between Nekoneko and the handsome eunuch Jinshi have become popular. After the broadcast, all episodes will be available for free until 23:59 on October 30th.
