It has been announced that pop-up stores for the TV anime “Blue Lock” will be held at five Loft stores nationwide. Goods featuring stylish illustrations of flag-holding characters will be available for pre-sale at Loft stores nationwide starting October 25, 2024.
“Blue Lock” is a TV anime based on the manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura, which is currently being serialized in Kodansha’s “Weekly Shonen Magazine” and has sold over 40 million copies worldwide as of August 2024. The story depicts high school forwards gathered in “Blue Lock” (Blue Prison) as they aim to become the world’s best striker, risking their soccer careers and goals in a knockout competition.
The TV anime will begin airing in October 2022. In April 2024, “Blue Lock: Episode Nagi” was released, and the second season of the TV anime, “Blue Lock vs. U-20 Japan,” began airing in October. The 35 people who survived the harsh selection process will face off in the biggest match in history against the U-20 Japan National Team, with the survival of the “Blue Lock” project at stake.
Newly-announced “TV Anime ‘Blue Lock’ POP UP STORE in Loft” will feature newly drawn illustrations.
The eight members of the group, including Kiyoyoichi, Sengiri Hyouma, Harakumawari, Nagi Seishiro, Mikage Reo, Itoshi Rin, Hiori Hitsuji, and Karasu Tabi-tachi, are depicted holding large flags. They are
also wearing hats and their hair is arranged differently from usual.
The pop-up store will have a large selection of merchandise featuring these original illustrations, including standard items such as acrylic stands, acrylic key chains, and clear files.
Acrylic glitter art and trading tin badges will also be available.
There will also be cute goods with deformed illustrations and tin cookies with 75mm tin badges as lids.
At the venue, for every purchase of 2,500 yen or more (tax included) in one transaction, you will receive one of eight special cards at random.
In addition, online purchases from the Muzzle Online Shop, which will start on December 10th, will also be eligible for the bonus, so even if you can’t go to the venue, be sure to check it out.
