It has been announced that the light novel “The Holy Grail of Eris” will be adapted into a TV anime. In conjunction with this, a teaser visual and a promotional video have been released. In addition, Kana Ichinose and Sayumi Suzushiro have been announced as main cast members, and their comments have been received.
“The Holy Grail of Eris” is a suspense fantasy about a young lady written by Tokiwa Kujira in DRE Novels, a light novel label run by Drecom. The illustrations are by Yuunagi.
Connie, a plain and ordinary Viscount’s daughter, is saved from a difficult situation caused by the harassment of a spiteful young lady by the ghost of a beautiful woman who suddenly appears. The ghost’s name is Scarlet Castiel. She was the daughter of a duke who was executed ten years ago and was famous as a rare evil woman.
In exchange for her help, Connie must track down the culprit who sent Scarlett to the execution block. However, as she goes undercover, gets into a fake engagement, and even faces off against a powerful nobleman, an unexpected, huge conspiracy begins to unfold… and so the story unfolds.
With the announcement that the series will be adapted into an anime, a teaser visual featuring the main characters Connie and Scarlet has been released.
Two other cast members were also announced: Kana Ichinose will play the role of Constance Grayle (nicknamed Connie), a plain and ordinary Viscount’s daughter;
The role of Scarlett Castiel, the wicked woman executed 10 years ago, will be played by Sayumi Suzushiro.
Her voice can be heard in the teaser PV released at the same time as the anime adaptation was announced.
In addition to the comments from each cast member, congratulatory comments and illustrations have also been received from the original author, Tokiwa Kujira, the original illustrator, Yuunagi, the comic artist, Momoyama Hinase, and S. Kosugi.
