The museum “Live On Official Shop in AKIHABARA” for the TV anime “I’m a VTuber, But I Forgot to Turn Off the Stream and It Became a Legend” will be held at the AKIHABARA Gamers main store from September 20 to October 14, 2024, and will also be available for purchase at the Gamers online shop from October 15.
The original work of “Buiden”, also known as “I’m a VTuber, but When I Forgot to Turn Off My Stream I Became a Legend”, is a light novel that depicts a comedy about VTubers, currently being published by Fantasia Bunko.
The story takes place at Live On, a major management company that has many glamorous VTubers. One of the third generation VTubers, Kokone Awayuki, is a “pure” VTuber. When she accidentally forgets to turn off her live stream, her true personality (a drunkard and a womanizer) is revealed. Just when you think it’s going to cause a huge uproar, the gap is well-received and she becomes a huge buzz! This is the story of how she comes to terms with it and rises to become a hugely popular VTuber.
At the “Live On Official Shop in AKIHABARA,” Kokone Awayuki (Schwarzenegger), Asagiri Haru, Kaminari Shion, and Souma Arisu appeared in swimsuits. Each of them was wearing a completely different type of swimsuit, highlighting their charms.
Both at the venue and online shop, there will be many “Swimsuit ver.” goods using illustrations of these girls. You
can choose your favorite character and purchase the “B2 Half Tapestry” (2,200 yen), “Acrylic Stand Figure” (1,705 yen), and “Acrylic Keychain” (770 yen).
“Trading Clear Cards” (550 yen) and “Trading Sparkly Can Badges” (550 yen) are trading items that you can win at random.
The lineup also includes “acrylic panels” (3,245 yen) that allow you to enjoy the illustrations in a large size. All prices include tax.
In addition, at the venue, you can enter a lottery once for every 2,000 yen (tax included) you spend on purchasing or pre-ordering “Buiden” related merchandise.
After the event ends, online shop sales will begin, and for every 2,000 yen (tax included) you spend on a purchase or reservation, you will receive a special gift.
