A figure of Ai from the TV anime series “Oshi no Ko” has been released. Pre-orders for this figure, the third in the “KADOKAWA PLASTIC MODEL SERIES,” began on September 26, 2024.
“Oshi no Ko” is a TV anime based on a manga that has sold over 18 million copies, and is a completely new take on the entertainment world, created by the luxurious team of Akasaka Aka and Yokoyari Mengo.
One day, Goro, an obstetrician-gynecologist working in a provincial city, has a “terrible” encounter with Ai, an idol of his “oshi” (favorite) “B Komachi,” who has a forbidden secret, and his fate begins to move.
The first season of the TV anime will air from April to June 2023. The second season will begin airing in July 2024, focusing on the aftermath of Aqua, Kana Arima, and Akane Kurokawa, who appear in the 2.5-dimensional stage play “Tokyo Blade” within the series. The final episode will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and ABEMA from 7pm on October 6th, followed by 35 stations nationwide.
This time, the third release of KADOKAWA’s plastic model brand, “KADOKAWA PLASTIC MODEL SERIES,” features Ai, the absolute ace of the idol group “B Komachi” from this work.
The unique feature of this figure is that the colorful characters can be completed simply by assembling them, thanks to the color-coded molding and pre-painted parts. In addition, the movable mechanism that matches the character allows you to recreate singing and dancing scenes from the live performance.
Facial expressions include a smiling face, a winking face, and a smiling face (with mouth open), while optional parts include a microphone, eight types of wrist parts, and a display stand.
