The final chapter of the manga “Jujutsu Kaisen” was published in the 44th issue of “Weekly Shonen Jump” in 2024, bringing to a close its six-year serialization.

“Jujutsu Kaisen” is a dark fantasy by Gege Akutami depicting the battles between sorcerers. The comic series has sold over 100 million copies, and a TV anime series and the movie “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” have been produced so far, with a sequel to the anime also being announced.
After serializing the Death Return Arc, which has been confirmed for an anime adaptation, the final long chapter, Battle in the Supernatural Realm: Shinjuku, was serialized, bringing Jujutsu Kaisen to its conclusion. Fans who read the final chapter responded with comments such as, “I’m glad I found such a great work,” “Thank you Jujutsu Kaisen,” and “Thank you for your hard work, Mr. Akutami.”
The 28th volume of the manga will be released on October 4, 2024. The 29th volume and the final volume, 30, are scheduled to be released simultaneously on December 25, 2024.
