Nobuhiko Okamoto is mistaken for someone from the nightlife industry at the hair salon: “They said to me, ‘Do you work at night?’ and ‘Come back for another haircut.'”

This time, in anticipation of the broadcast of “Seiyuu to Yoasobi 28-Hour TV Daikanshasai Everyone’s Love is Full!!!!!!”, they talked about the highlights and got very excited. Okamoto in particular seemed to have a special feeling for the dream badminton showdown, and Nakamura was astonished by his “seriousness”.

At the beginning of episode #18, Okamoto and Nakamura started with a free talk as usual. Then, Okamoto said, “I changed the color of my hair,” and shared a funny story about her hairdresser.

Okamoto revealed that when she told the hairdresser, “I want to dye my hair darker because I wear kimonos (for work),” he asked her, “Do you work at night?” and mistakenly thought she worked at night.

Okamoto laughed and reported that she answered, “I work both day and night,” and talked about her usual grueling schedule, saying, “Voice actors basically work from 10:00, 15:00, 16:00, and 21:00, so roughly.” When she left the salon, she was told, “Please come back again for another hair and makeup session.”

Afterwards, with the broadcast of “28-Hour TV Night Out with Voice Actors” just 20 hours away, Okamoto and Nakamura talked at length about the highlights of the program, and then moved on to Okamoto’s special project, “Nobu Walk with Taku.”

The project involves Okamoto going on a walk with Yashiro Taku in order to fulfill what he “really wants to do” as he enjoys his hobbies from morning to night even in his private life. Okamoto is delighted as he will be competing against a badminton player he admires, saying “I’m really happy and motivated every day.” “I told (the program staff) that I wanted to receive a serious smash, and I’m super happy that they made it happen.”

However, when it comes to his partner, Taku Yashiro, he complains, “Takkun is a member of the Tokai regional badminton team,” and “his hitting style is very beautiful, but…he has been away from the sport for a while, which is why I invite him to practice, but he doesn’t come.”

When Nakamura asked, “By the way, what time are you calling him?” Okamoto replied with a straight face, “8:40 in the morning.” and “I said let’s do it even if it’s just for 20 minutes,” to which Nakamura retorted, “There’s no way he’s coming!”

However, Okamoto is not one to give up, and said, “I’ve finally been given an hour tomorrow,” and “I’m happy to have the time in between work! I’ll get it finished,” declaring his intention to work hard on practicing despite the performance being so close.

Okamoto then announced that the opponents for this match would be “Kenichi Hayakawa and Misaki Matsutomo.” Okamoto said, “I love Hayakawa so much that I’ve been to watch her practice,” and expressed his expectations, saying, “The moment I heard the sound of the smash, I thought it was a cannon,” and “I can’t wait to be able to receive it up close.”

Furthermore, when Nakamura heard about Matsuo’s background, such as that he was a gold medalist at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, his eyes widened and he said, “Isn’t this like something out of a manga?” and “Is he a 2D person?”

At this point, Okamoto explained the “inside story” of the 8:40 a.m. invitation to practice, saying, “Even though I’m playing against such great people, he was going to go without practicing!” Nakamura also shouted, “I take back what I said,” “Go, Taku! These are great people! Go practice,” and Okamoto boasted, “I want to get a smash even if it’s just once,” “I think it would be amazing if I could get three points,” and “I’ll get three points!”
