Kitan Club will release the “Chiikawa Acrylic Keychain 7” capsule toy from “Chiikawa”. It will be sold at capsule toy stores nationwide from Friday, October 11th.
“Chiikawa” is a manga by illustrator Nagano from X (formerly Twitter). It depicts the fun, sad, and slightly hard days of the always hardworking Chiikawa and her friends Hachiware and Usagi, as well as other unique characters. The series began serialization in 2020. A TV anime adaptation has been airing on the morning information program “Mezamashi TV” since April 2022.
“Chiikawa Acrylic Keychain 7” is the seventh capsule toy. The characters are drawn on clear colored acrylic, and the 4mm thick acrylic has a strong presence. The transparency is like candy, and it is a popular series that has been well received. A keychain is included, so you can attach it to your bag and make it stand out.
There are seven types in total, including familiar characters such as Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi, as well as Dekatsuyo, who joins the series for the first time. The way he stares intently at you is cute, but also a little scary.
