Uta is the most beloved singer in the world. Her voice, which she delivers while keeping her identity hidden, has been described as “otherworldly.”
A live performance will be held where she will make her first public appearance. The venue is
filled with all kinds of Uta fans, including excited pirates, glaring naval forces, and the Straw Hat Pirates led by Luffy who have come unaware of her voice and simply want to enjoy it, and the long-awaited voice of the whole world is about to resound throughout the venue.
The story begins with the shocking truth that she is “Shanks’ daughter.”
Uta takes to the stage with the sole wish to “make the world happy with her songs.” Gordon, a mysterious figure who knows Uta’s past, and a glimpse of Shanks’ shadow.
Luffy and Uta, who reunite on the island of music, Elegia, date back to Foosha Village 12 years ago.

歴史の真実を語る石“真の歴史の本文”（リオ・ポーネグリフ）を求め、8歳から裏社会で生きてきた考古学者。“ハナハナの実”の能力者で、あらゆる所から体の一部を咲かせることができる。
世界一の造船技師・トムの弟子で、麦わらの一味の船サウザンド・サニー号を作った船大工。船だけでなく武器や兵器の開発も得意で、自らの体にも改造を施した全身サイボーグ人間。
50年前に別れたクジラのラブーンとの再会を誓い、一度は死にながらも“ヨミヨミの実”の能力によってガイコツ姿で蘇ったアフロな剣士。様々な楽器を弾きこなす音楽家で、“ソウルキング”の異名で人気を博してもいる。
元王下七武海で“海侠のジンベエ”の二つ名を持つ。魚人空手の達人で、仁義を貫く性格であるため、ビッグ・マムへの義理を理由にルフィからの麦わらの一味入りの誘いを一度は断るも、けじめをつけ悲願の仲間入りを果たした。
