The synopsis and preview cuts from episode 3, “A Rendezvous with God,” of the fall anime “Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi,” which will air on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, have been released.
“Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi” is a romantic comedy based on the manga serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine,” which has sold over 1.65 million copies in total and is the debut work of Naito Marcy, who was an assistant on “The Quintessential Quintuplets” for many years.
This is a “slightly strange story of love and miracles” about a high school student, Kamisue Uryu, who is aiming to enter Kyoto University’s medical school, who ends up living at Amagami Shrine in Kyoto on the condition that he “take over the shrine as an adopted son-in-law,” as he pursues his dreams while living under the same roof with three shrine maiden sisters who are potential marriage partners.
Episode 3 “Meeting with God” Synopsis
Despite many twists and turns, Uryu and the three Amagami sisters have begun living together under one roof as a “family.” Then, Chidori orders them to “go on a blind date to deepen their friendship.”
Uryu, who has no intention of taking over the shrine in the future, is not keen on matchmaking and expects that the three sisters will be just as reluctant as he is. However, Asahime, the youngest and his first matchmaking partner, is surprisingly enthusiastic about the matchmaking. She
