It has been announced that the third stage adaptation of the anime “Dropkick on My Devil” will be performed at YES THEATER in Osaka on March 15th and 16th. This will be the first collaboration to summon the “Shoujo Kagekidan Mimozan”, and tickets will go on sale from November 1st, 2024.
“Dropkick on My Devil” is a comedy about the cohabitation of a demon from the underworld, a devil named Jashin-chan, and the female college student who summoned her, Yurine Hanazono. The original manga by Yukiwo has been serialized in “COMIC Meteor” since 2012, and has gained popularity, with the total number of collected volumes exceeding 1 million copies. As of 2024, the TV anime version has aired up to the third season of the series, and it has now been decided that it will be adapted for the stage for the third time.
The new stage production, “Dropkick on My Devil – New,” will feature a first-time collaboration with the girls’ revue company “Shoujo Kagekidan Mimosane (Yoshimoto Kogyo),” which is made up of only teenage girls, and will summon the members into the world of My Devil.
In addition, the production will collaborate with various Osaka teams, including the “Osaka University My Devil Lovers Club,” the anime song entertainment project “Anime Meme,” and “MILKBACKDROP,” an anime song DJ party for anime fans from Namba MILULARI, Osaka, to deliver Osaka projects.
The third stage adaptation of the anime “Dropkick on My Devil” will be performed at YES THEATER in Osaka on March 15th and 16th. Tickets are 8,000 yen for S seats and 7,000 yen for A seats, which come with special merchandise. Tickets will be available from 10:00 on November 1st at FANY Ticket, Ticket Pia, and Lawson Ticket.
