Netflix’s October lineup includes exclusive distribution of “Gundam Requiem of Revenge” and “Ranma 1/2”

Netflix has announced its lineup for October 2024. In addition to the new original anime Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem of Revenge, which will be distributed worldwide, the anime will also feature the completely new anime Ranma 1/2 and the new anime Ao no Hako.

The Netflix series Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem of Revenge will be available exclusively from October 17th. It is a new anime that depicts the European front during the One Year War, the setting of the first series Mobile Suit Gundam. Top pilot Captain Solari and the Red Wolf team face off against the Earth Federation’s new mobile suit, Gundam.

“Tomb Raider: Legend of Lara Croft” will be exclusively distributed from October 10th. It is a new animation based on the popular game “Tomb Raider” series. The fearless adventurer Lara Croft plunges into unknown danger in pursuit of ancient mysteries and truths.

Other notable streaming titles include “Ranma 1/2,” a completely new anime adaptation of the popular slapstick fighting love comedy masterpiece by Rumiko Takahashi, which will be exclusively available from October 6th. “Ao no Hako,” an anime adaptation of a popular comic, is a youthful club activity love story that depicts the devotion of a group of young people to their club activities and romance while harboring feelings for each other, and will be available for pre-release from October 4th.

Other not-to-be-missed live-action films include the popular drama movie “Hyouka” starring Masaki Suda (exclusively available from October 15th) and the sequel to the hit film “Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom” (available from October 3rd), which depicts the exploits of DC Comics’ popular hero Aquaman.
