The synopsis and preview cuts for episode 53, “Gorgeous Tiger,” of the third season of the fall anime “Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-,” which will air on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, have been released.
“Re:ZERO − Starting Life in Another World” is a fantasy based on the light novel by Nagatsuki Tappei, which began serialization on the novel submission site “Let’s Become a Novelist” in April 2012 and was published by “MF Bunko J” in January 2014. It depicts the story of Natsuki Subaru
, a young boy who is suddenly summoned to another world, who uses the power of “Return by Death” to rewind time after dying and confront his cruel fate.
The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2016. The second season was broadcast from July to September 2020, with the second half from January to March 2021. Two OVAs were also produced. The third season will be broadcast in two parts: the Attack Arc (8 episodes in total) and the Counterattack Arc (8 episodes in total).
Episode 53 “Gorgeous Tiger” Synopsis
Emilia was saved from the flames unleashed by Sirius by Regulus Corneas, Archbishop of the Witch’s Cult’s Sin of Greed. Regulus holds the unconscious Emilia in his arms and tells her that she is his bride. In order to burn Emilia to ashes, Sirius once again showers a waterfall of flames on both him and Regulus.
Meanwhile, as Otto is heading to the Muse Company, a security guard is crushed in front of him. The crime was committed by Lei Batenkaitos, the Witch Cult’s Archbishop in charge of the Sin of Gluttony.
The 53rd episode of the 3rd season of “Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-“, “Gorgeous Tiger”, will begin airing on AT-X, TOKYO MX and other channels on Wednesday, October 16th. It is currently available for pre-airing and fast streaming on ABEMA and d Anime Store.
