A collaboration cafe for the “SPY×FAMILY Exhibition” has been announced. It will offer a variety of collaboration menu items, including Lloyd’s homemade hamburger steak, which appeared in the film.
SPY×FAMILY is a manga serialized by Endo Tatsuya on the manga app Shonen Jump+. It depicts the story of a skilled spy named Twilight who receives an order to “start a family and infiltrate a prestigious elementary school.” He takes in his psychic daughter Anya, and the assassin Yoru, with whom he has proposed a contract marriage, living as a “makeshift family” for the sake of the mission.
The TV anime is jointly produced by WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks, with Season 1 scheduled to air in April 2022 and Season 2 scheduled to air in October 2023. The film SPY×FAMILY CODE: White was released in December of the same year and became a huge hit. At a special event in June 2024, it was announced that Season 3 will be produced.
The “SPY×FAMILY Exhibition” collaboration cafe will be open for a limited time from November 13th to December 2nd, where you can enjoy dishes based on famous scenes and characters from the show, as well as reproductions of dishes made by Lloyd and Yoru. The cafe will be set up to coincide with the “SPY×FAMILY Exhibition” and will be located at “Cafe Fan Base” on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza, the same building as the Landmark Hall where the exhibition will be held. Advance reservations have begun.
The collaboration foods include “Dad’s Hamburger!!”, a reproduction of Lloyd’s homemade hamburger, “Yor’s Homemade Meatball Style”, a menu item created during Yor’s intensive cooking training, “Bond-style Omelette Rice”, which depicts the fluffy Bond in a pure white cream sauce, and “Eden School Cafeteria Menu! Yakisoba Burger”, which is a dish that reduces the intimacy level between Anya and Damian to -100.
The collaborative desserts are also very elaborate. There are interesting items such as “Stella’s Acquisition Pancakes”, “Forger Family Snack Time Set” inspired by the Forger family, and “Anya’s Strawberry Chocolate Parfait” which brings together Anya’s favorite things such as peanuts and the legendary macarons from the school cafeteria.
There are seven types of collaboration drinks in total. In addition to the Forger family, the lineup includes drinks inspired by each character, such as “Yuri’s Herb Lemonade,” “Damien’s Starry Sky Drink,” and “Tobari Twilight Iced Tea.” You might have a hard time deciding which one to choose.
Additionally, at the collaboration cafe, customers will receive one randomly chosen “original lunch mat” (3 types in total) for every collaboration food or dessert menu item ordered, and one randomly chosen “original coaster” (6 types in total) for every collaboration drink menu item ordered.
Reservations for the collaboration cafe are accepted until 11:59 p.m. on the day before each business day. The cafe will be open for 75 minutes, with a full rotation system. Take
-out is available only for collaboration drinks between 11:00 and 21:15. Feel free to stop by before or after entering the “SPY×FAMILY Exhibition.”
