It has been announced that the Papyless original motion comic “【Anicomi】I’m a Saint, but I was Expelled from My Country, so I Came to a Neighboring Country on the Verge of Collapse” will be broadcast on TV Tokyo from January 2025. Kotori Koiwai, Junya Enoki, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Hikaru Tono, Chiharu, and Hironori Kondo will appear.

“【Anime Comic】I’m a Saint, but I was banished from my country, so I came to a neighboring country on the verge of collapse” is an alternate world fantasy based on the original work by Yodora Buncho. The story begins when the saint Reisha is suddenly banished from her country by her fiancé, King Daruest of Barzuden, because he has a new fiancé. Reisha is saved by King Raouhart of the neighboring country, Meatopolis.

As a thank you for helping her, Leesha uses the power of the Saint to restore the ruined Metopolis. Gradually, Raohhart is drawn to Leesha, who is dedicated to her country. Meanwhile, the country of Bazuden, which has lost the power of the Saint, is becoming stranger day by day…

“Anicomi” refers to the next generation video content developed by Papyless, which adds motion and sound to manga. The entire series is in full color and full voice, and the cast includes voice actors who are active in anime and dubbing.

The TV broadcast this time will not be animated, but will remain in motion comic format. The manga will be reconstructed for TV, but the illustrations and dialogue balloons from the manga will be used as they are in the video. Along with the announcement, the first promotional video was released, revealing that the cast will include Kotori Koiwai, Junya Enoki, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Hikaru Tono, Chiharu, and Hironori Kondo.
