The synopsis and preview cuts for episode 55, “Muddy Currents,” of the third season of the fall anime “Re:ZERO − Starting Life in Another World,” which will air on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, have been released.
“Re:ZERO − Starting Life in Another World” is a fantasy based on the light novel by Nagatsuki Tappei, which began serialization on the novel submission site “Let’s Become a Novelist” in April 2012 and was published by “MF Bunko J” in January 2014. It depicts the story of Natsuki Subaru
, a young boy who is suddenly summoned to another world, who uses the power of “Return by Death” to rewind time after dying and confront his cruel fate.
The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2016. The second season was broadcast from July to September 2020, with the second half from January to March 2021. Two OVAs were also produced. The third season will be broadcast in two parts: the Attack Arc (8 episodes in total) and the Counterattack Arc (8 episodes in total).
