Buzz Lightyear, who cares for his friends more than anyone else and has a strong sense of justice
: “Let’s go to infinity and beyond!”

Buzz Lightyear (Suzuki Ryohei) is a space ranger who has never failed.
After completing a mission, he was scheduled to return to “home” with his partner Alisha (Ryo) and 1200 crew members, but due to Buzz’s mistake, they were unable to leave the dangerous planet. In
order to heal Buzz, who is depressed after his first failure, Alisha gives him Socks (Yamauchi Kenji), a cat-shaped robot.
However, Buzz repeats risky test flights of hyperspace travel in order to make up for his mistake and return home with his friends.

During the four minutes Buzz is on his test flight, four years pass for his companions. Eventually, Alisha and his companions grow old and pass away. Still,
Buzz refuses to give up, and finally receives news that the plan to return to “Home” has been cancelled. Unable
to accept this reality, Buzz boards the spaceship with Socks and finally succeeds in hyperspace travel!
However, he arrives in a world 62 years in the future ruled by the alien captain Zurg (Ginga Banjo) and his minions.
There, Buzz is attacked by enemy robots and his spaceship is stolen, but he is saved by Alisha’s grandson Izzy (Imada Mio), the clumsy Moe (Miki Shinichiro), and the unsociable Darby (Isobe Masako).
However, when Buzz finds out that they are the newly enlisted Junior Patrol, he tries to face Zurg alone without relying on the three of them…!
