New merchandise from the TV anime “WIND BREAKER” has been released, including perfumes and ear cuffs with the image of each character, and apparel items with a motif of Furin High School. They are currently on sale at the e-commerce site “ANIGA-TER” for anime and game-related merchandise.
“WIND BREAKER” is a yankee manga serialized by Nii Satoru on the official Weekly Shonen Magazine app “Magazine Pocket”. Furin High School is famous for being the ultimate delinquent school with the lowest academic ability but the strongest fights. Haruka Sakura, a first-year high school student who came to the town with the aim of becoming the top, learns that the school has become a group called “Boufuurin” that protects the town, and fights to protect the town as a member of the group.
It regularly tops the popularity rankings of Magazine Pocket, and the collected volumes are quickly reprinted, attracting much attention. The first season of the TV anime, animated by CloverWorks under the direction of Toshifumi Akai, was broadcast simultaneously nationwide on 28 MBS/TBS affiliated stations from April to June 2024 in the “Super Animeism TURBO” time slot. The second season is scheduled to air from April 2025.
Now, a series of new goods featuring the members of Boufurin are being released, including roll-on perfumes with scents inspired by Sakura Haruka, Soufu Junhi, and Umemiya Hajime, as well as ear cuffs for Kiryu Sanki and apparel items with a motif of the Boufurin High School uniform.
The roll-on perfume starts with a scent reminiscent of the somewhat prickly and clumsy personality of Cedora in the Sakuraharu model, then spreads a pure bouquet like soap of jasmine and lily of the valley, evoking her innocence, which makes her blush when treated kindly or praised. The last scent settles into a gentle musk, giving a glimpse of her consideration for her friends.
Su Fang Junfei starts with a fruity fragrance reminiscent of aldehydes and the mysterious and gentle smile of a pear, followed by a soft bouquet of lily of the valley that gives a sense of a dependable side to those around you. The final incense has a kung fu-like demeanor and a quiet pressure towards the unforgivable person who has hurt a friend.
The third fragrance by Umemiya Hajime starts with a marine note of blue-tinged bergamot, reminiscent of a dependable older brother, followed by a green sweetness like a tomato bathed in plenty of sunlight, reminiscent of growing vegetables on the roof. The last note changes to an earthy, powerful scent of vetiver and cedarwood, reminiscent of the strength of a fist and the size of a person.
A pullover hoodie and tote bag inspired by the school they attend, Furin High School, will also be released. Both have an original jacquard logo tape as a highlight and are in the same color scheme, so we recommend purchasing them as a set.
Another item based on the lapel insignia of the school uniform is the pin badge, which will make you feel like you are a member of the Fuurin High School student body.
Also not to be missed are the ear cuffs, which are a replica of the cartilage piercings worn by Kiryu Sanki. Made of 925 silver, the ear cuffs are set with pink zirconia, reminiscent of Kiryu Sanki, for a luxurious finish.
Additionally, T-shirts featuring each character’s color will be available in S, M, and L sizes. The stylish Sanskrit characters and easy-to-wear designs are lovely.
The lineup also includes PC stickers featuring Sakura Haruka, Sofang Junhi, Umemiya Hajime, Kiryu Sanki, and Kaji Ren all over the surface.
